1. Introduction

This website is operated by EasyHolidays Private Limited (trading as Easy Holidays). These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to travel services discussed, quoted or arranged by Easy Holidays.

Easy Holidays provides travel planning and arrangement services that may include customised holidays, domestic and international travel, honeymoons, family holidays, group tours, luxury holidays, flights, hotels, cruises, visa assistance, corporate travel, MICE and custom itineraries.

2. Travel enquiries and quotations

An enquiry does not create a booking or confirm any travel service. Quotations are prepared from the information supplied by the customer and are subject to availability, supplier rules and the assumptions stated in the quotation.

Fares, rates and availability may change until payment and the relevant supplier confirmation have been completed. A quotation may state its own validity period. Customers should review the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions and payment terms carefully before proceeding.

The quotation or booking confirmation issued for a specific trip may contain itinerary-specific, supplier-specific, payment, amendment, cancellation or refund conditions. Where those specific conditions have been clearly disclosed before payment and differ from these general terms, the booking-specific conditions will apply to that booking, subject to applicable law.

3. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when the required payment, supplier confirmation, traveller information and, where applicable, supporting documents have been received and accepted. Payment by itself does not always guarantee supplier confirmation or availability.

4. Prices and availability

Travel prices vary according to destination, dates, availability, number of travellers, flights, hotels, inclusions and supplier rates. Airfares, hotel and cruise rates, foreign exchange movements, taxes, supplier charges and seasonal pricing may change until the relevant service is confirmed.

Easy Holidays provides a personalised quotation before payment. Unless expressly included in that quotation or confirmation, a service, tax, fee or travel component is not included.

5. Payment terms

Any deposit or advance amount, balance-payment date and applicable payment method will be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation. Some suppliers or travel components may require full payment at the time of booking.

Supplier-specific non-refundable amounts will be disclosed before payment where applicable. Failure to pay by a stated deadline may result in lost availability, repricing or cancellation by the supplier. Easy Holidays may use third-party payment processors when collecting payments in the future; no payment checkout is currently offered on this website.

6. Third-party travel suppliers

Easy Holidays may arrange services supplied by third parties, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, destination management companies, transport providers, attractions, insurance providers and visa-processing or support providers. Their terms, operational rules and restrictions may apply to the relevant service.

7. Flights

Airlines control flight operations and schedules may change. Baggage allowance depends on the airline and fare selected. Seat allocation is controlled by the airline, and special seat requests may incur additional charges or remain subject to availability.

Name changes may be restricted. Rebooking and cancellation may be governed by the relevant fare rules and airline conditions.

8. Hotels

Check-in and check-out times vary by property. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability unless specifically confirmed. Room category and bed configuration depend on the confirmed booking, while adjoining or interconnecting rooms cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

A hotel may require an incidental or security deposit at check-in in accordance with its own policies.

9. Visas and immigration

Easy Holidays may provide visa assistance. Visa approval is solely determined by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority and is not guaranteed. Customers must provide accurate, complete and timely documents.

Visa fees or processing charges may be non-refundable where they have already been incurred, subject to the applicable booking and supplier conditions.

10. Passports and travel documents

Each traveller is responsible for meeting the passport, visa, permit, entry, transit, name-matching, health and travel-document requirements applicable to the destination and itinerary. Easy Holidays can assist with guidance, but the traveller remains responsible for satisfying all applicable requirements.

11. Itinerary changes

Operational changes may be required because of supplier changes, weather, transport disruption, local restrictions, safety considerations, force majeure or other events outside reasonable control. Where necessary, Easy Holidays will seek to offer reasonable alternatives appropriate to the confirmed booking.

12. Optional services

Only services expressly listed as included in the quotation or confirmation are included. Optional tours, meals, upgrades, activities, transfers, insurance, baggage and seat selection may incur additional cost.

13. Travel insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers. Depending on the destination, supplier or booking, certain insurance requirements may apply. Customers should review the applicable policy terms, exclusions and claims process directly with the insurer.

14. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, review names, dates and booking details, check quotation contents, make payments by the stated deadlines, promptly report errors, comply with supplier rules and behave lawfully while travelling.

15. Intellectual property

The Easy Holidays logo, branding, written website content, layout and original graphics are owned by or used with permission by EasyHolidays Private Limited. They may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party images, trademarks and supplier materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

Links to third-party websites and social platforms are provided for convenience. Easy Holidays does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

17. Limitation and applicable law

Easy Holidays aims to provide clear travel information and support, but travel arrangements remain subject to supplier conditions and events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
